• Performing day-to-day operational activities in customer service of call center
• Giving excellent services to customers
• Receive calls from customers and respond to all incoming inquiries by phone/Email/Chat/AppOpen for ideas and innovative solutions to enhance team productivities
• Achieve daily/monthly performance targets defined by the project

• Discipline, honest, critical and high initiative
• University/Colleges required
• Age: 24 to 35 years old
• Good in English both written and spoken (Preferably with B1)
• 1 year minimum experience in customer service, retail, e-commerce, tech, v..v
• Experience in a call center/contact center
• Willing to work on weekend, national holidays, overtime if needed
• Able to work under pressure and in a large team
• Always bring positive attitude within colleagues and towards customers
