Consultant, Payroll and HR Consulting

Job Summary:

As a Consultant – Payroll & HR Consulting, you will ensure the client’s Salary/SHUI/PIT records and reporting are compliant with relevant standards, client requirements, and in accordance with local Vietnamese regulations, as well as complying with requirements of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in preparing Payroll Reports, PIT, SHUI contributions, and related compliance work for clients.

• Manage and update client compliance and management calendars; coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet all deadlines.

• Liaise with clients and their staff to provide proper guidance, resolve issues, and oversee daily responsibilities.

• Support HR Consulting projects to help clients remain compliant and provide tailored legal solutions.

• Stay updated with legal changes to ensure all procedures align with Vietnamese regulations.

• Maintain high-quality standards in all deliverables in line with Acclime’s international benchmarks.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’ s Degree (Human Resources / Business Administration / Law or other relevant fields)

• Have from 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in similar role

• Desire to work in a Vietnamese HR or C&B role within an international business environment

• Confident English communication (spoken and written)

• Confidence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Exposure to different Payroll / HR software
