JOB SUMMARY
Support the Group Chief Commercial Officer in driving commercial growth across the Hoan My network through business case development, commercial strategy, performance management, sales effectiveness, market intelligence, and new business model development.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Strategy & Business Planning
Develop business cases, financial projections, revenue/pricing models, ROI, and investment cases for growth initiatives.
Support annual commercial strategy and growth plans, including market opportunity assessment and prioritisation.
Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support key business decisions.
Commercial Performance & Sales Excellence
Develop and manage commercial performance dashboards, KPIs, forecasting, and monthly performance reviews across hospitals and business units.
Monitor revenue, productivity, conversion, pipeline, and identify revenue leakage and growth opportunities.
Design sales performance frameworks, KPI structures, and incentive schemes aligned with business objectives.
Evaluate incentive effectiveness and drive sales productivity, standardisation, and best practices across the network.
Market Intelligence & Growth Opportunities
Monitor healthcare market trends, dynamics, and competitor activities.
Conduct market sizing, opportunity assessments, competitor benchmarking, and growth analysis.
Identify emerging business models, partnership opportunities, and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
New Business & Commercialisation
Support the development and commercialisation of new healthcare products and services, including go-to-market plans.
Evaluate partnership opportunities and commercial structures.
Support ecosystem initiatives across insurance, banking, corporate health, and wellness.
Develop commercial policies and operating models for new businesses.
Executive Reporting & Strategic Initiatives
Prepare management reports, Board papers, and strategic presentations with data-driven insights.
Coordinate cross-functional commercial projects and track implementation, performance, and outcomes of strategic initiatives.
5-10 years experience in strategy, commercial excellence, consulting, business planning, revenue management, or corporate finance
Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Experience building business cases and commercial models
Strong understanding of performance management and KPI design
Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
Healthcare, insurance, banking, consulting, or consumer industries preferred
