• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 7–10 years of relevant commercial management or quantity surveying experience.

• Experience in hospitality, resort, mixed-use, or large-scale building development is preferred. Experience in 4-star and/or 5-star projects is a plus.

• Strong practical experience in:

+ BOQ preparation

+ Quantity take-off

+ Cost estimation
