- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute integrated annual marketing plans, budget management, and ROI tracking for cluster properties.
- Brand Management: Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, luxury positioning, and high visual/editorial standards across all collateral and touchpoints.
- Digital Marketing & E-Commerce: Lead digital strategies, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media presence, website optimization, and content creation.
- PR & Communications: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, key influencers, travel trade partners, and PR agencies to elevate brand awareness.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Revenue, Sales, and F&B teams to design targeted promotional campaigns that boost room, dining, and event sales.
- Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and elevate the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.

- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role (Director of Marketing or Cluster Manager level) within 5-star luxury resorts or international hotel chains.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of luxury hospitality, international source markets, and domestic tourism trends.
- Digital Acumen: Expertise in social media ecosystem management, digital ad campaign strategy, data analytics, and CRM platforms.
- PR & Media Network: Established connections with luxury lifestyle media, hospitality influencers, and strategic brand partners.
- Leadership & Communication: Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional language proficiency is a plus.
