I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement a health care plan for students at the School.

• Implement school nursing activities in accordance with the inter-regulations of the Health and Education sectors;

• Organize and manage regular health check-ups and monitor the development of students according to regulations;

• Create health records for students at the School throughout the academic year;

• Establish a medicine cabinet and create a favorable health care environment for pupils;

• Make communication about regulations of the Department of Health about school safeguarding and monitor the implementation;

• Organize training courses on first aid and disease prevention for teachers and school staff;

• Proactively propose solutions for epidemic prevention and control at the school;

• Prevent school accidents, provide first-aid, and transport pupils to the nearest medical facility in case of any incidents;

• Take part in the control of food hygiene and safety at the school;

• Report periodic activities on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to the relevant agency in accordance with the school’s reporting regime.

• Qualification: Graduates from vocational college in Medicine or higher;

• At least 2 years of experience working in clinics, hospitals, or schools. Candidates having experience in nursing at international schools are preferred.

• Good English communication skills are preferred.

• Basic skills:

+ Ability to care for and provide initial first aid to children;

+ Risk management skills;

+ Problem-solving skills and decision-making skills.
