Chuyên Viên Xuất Nhập Khẩu

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for completing documentation (including import/export documents required by law as well as product-related papers) and customs procedures for shipments.

• Monitor shipment information, coordinate with forwarders to ensure import/export operations follow the plan and resolve any issues that arise.

• Work with forwarders and government authorities to carry out import/export procedures in compliance with regulations (including applying for product import licenses and statutory permits for fertilizer and chemical warehouses).

• Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and the parent company in Hong Kong to complete import/export of shipments.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3–5 years of experience in import/export task.

• English communication skills to work with the parent company in Hong Kong.

• Hardworking, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills, as this role is the key contact point with other departments (sales, warehouse, accounting, and the parent company).

*Working Hours

- Monday to Friday.

- Morning: 08:30 AM – 12:00 PM.

- Afternoon: 01:30 PM – 05:00 PM.

Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws.
