- Receive recruitment requirements, develop candidate profiles and recruitment plans for assigned positions.
- Take direct ownership of recruitment for Senior, Manager, and above-management-level positions.
- Proactively source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment platforms, and personal networks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing → screening → interviewing → offer → onboarding.
- Build and maintain a Talent Pool for key and critical positions across the company.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to assess candidates, closely follow up on recruitment progress, and ensure hiring effectiveness.
- Track recruitment metrics and data, and propose solutions to improve candidate sourcing quality and hiring success rates.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Work Location: CT3 Yen Hoa Park View Building, No. 3 Vu Pham Ham Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a background in Talent Acquisition, Headhunting, or In-house Recruitment.
- Proven experience in directly recruiting for Senior, Manager, or above-management-level positions is required.
- Proficient in sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment platforms, and professional communities.
- Strong ability to source, assess, and identify candidate suitability for different roles.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, driven, and resilient, with the ability to find solutions independently when handling challenging-to-fill positions.
- Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and analyze key recruitment metrics.
