Chuyên Viên Tối Ưu Vận Hành (Operations)

1. Operations Management & Optimization (30%)

• Monitor and ensure operational KPIs of assigned services/areas, including order acceptance rate, order completion rate, pickup lead time, and other related metrics.
• Act as the focal point for evaluating and implementing necessary adjustments to service information, configurations, and operational characteristics.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to promptly resolve operational issues and service-related incidents.
• Ensure operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

2. Reporting & Operational Quality Improvement (40%)

• Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and yearly operational reports.
• Proactively analyze operational data, identify issues negatively impacting performance metrics, and determine root causes.
• Develop, propose, and implement action plans to improve operational quality and efficiency.
• Continuously monitor improvement initiatives to ensure operational KPIs are enhanced over time.

3. Technology Application & Project Implementation (30%)

• Proactively explore and apply technology solutions, AI tools, and automation to optimize individual and team productivity.
• Initiate or participate in internal, cross-functional, and interdepartmental projects aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
• Support the implementation and execution of operational enhancement projects such as automation initiatives, system optimization, or process improvement programs.
• Ensure assigned project objectives and deliverables are completed effectively and on schedule.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or other related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or operations-related roles.
• Proven experience in process optimization and operational improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Good planning, execution, and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Workspace, and AI-powered productivity tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
