Key objectives

Private Brand Product Merchandiser ensure the planning, development and brand delivery of Own brand products meets the company business strategy for Sales and Profit.

1. Key responsibility

Implement PB business plan & ensure plan remains on track, which meet the annual plan of sales and profit contribution

Ensure every product and range is launched successfully

Ensure product has aligned with Price strategy. Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands

Ensure to have effective cost.

Ensure the products have effective approach customer.

Create packaging to make brand identification.

Ensure the products have an engaging and consistent design.

Ensure all products meet the quality needs required by Topvalu to ensure customer experience is met

Ensure all products comply with vietnamese law

2.Supplier Management

Build and maintain excellent relationship and network with suppliers

Ensure suppliers have the capality and capacity to provide product in with agree time scales and quality standards

Ensure all aspects of supplier performance is properly and affectively assessed and managed, taking appropriate remedial action where necessary

Coordinate with supplier management department for relevant matters.

3. Other duties

Any necessary task that is deemed important from time to time.

4. Rules and Regularity

Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications
• At least 3-year experience in retail with the same category.
• Experience in Quality assurance & Quality control

Preferred skills

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral).
• Computer literacy: word, excel, powerpoint
• Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulations
• Good communication, co-ordinating with orther persons, departments to complete a job
• Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Strong analytical ability and market obser
• Dynamic, quick adapt with new environment
• Honest, friendly, respect
