Chuyên Viên Thanh Khoản Hải Quan (Customs Liquidation Specialist)

• Register and manage material consumption by style for customs purposes.

• Reconcile customs data with internal inventory records and BOM.

• Making liquidation reports and checking with Finance team

• Support Internal Audit and customs inspections when required

• Have experience in definite and manage HS code

• Have experience in handling destruction

• Submit customs finalization reports within the required deadlines.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide explanations and supporting data when required.

• Verify the accuracy of data used for customs finalization.

• Prepare documents for customs inspections, audits, and customs finalization procedures.

• Reconcile import and export customs declaration data with warehouse and accounting records.

• Review production consumption norms and material loss rates.

• Support the resolution of issues related to customs finalization and post-clearance audits.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good at English (all 4 skills)

- At least 3-4 years of logistics experience (prefer candidate having experience in EPE)

- Excellent in MOS (especially in excel) Customs sorfware (Ecus5)

- Having SAP knowledge
