Job grade: Outsourced Staff

Job Description:

• Verify consumer credit applications for Credit Card product in line with the Bank’s approved policies, and handle both internal and external customer enquiries, including follow-up on pending applications.
• Ensure the highest quality of service is delivered to customers through accurate verification tasks, while maintaining compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support the implementation of new products and system enhancements.
• Carry out other daily tasks as assigned by authorized Manager(s).

Process

• Carefully check and verify applications in line with approved policies, and recommend approval/decline to Approval Officer(s)/Manager.
• Ensure service standards are met and all verification tasks are completed within the agreed service level agreement (SLA).
• Provide effective functional support to staff, including responding to credit-related enquiries.
• Escalate to the Line Manager in a timely manner when there is a risk of not completing assigned work within SLA.
• Identify process gaps and proactively contribute initiatives to improve and streamline processes.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned, supporting the team, other departments, or projects as required. Assignments may be based on business needs, development opportunities, or voluntary contributions.

• Actively participate in Bank and team activities, contributing initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all Group and local regulatory requirements, as well as with internal and external auditors.
• Complete all e-learning and classroom training courses within the required timelines.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in underwriting is required.
• University degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics.
• Solid understanding of Digital Banking and/or Retail Banking products and operations
• Experience in Card product is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of relevant legal regulations, with good awareness of operational risks and internal control mechanisms
• Proficient in Excel and English
