Chuyên Viên Kinh Doanh Quốc Tế

Job Purpose:
To identify, evaluate, and appoint suitable distribution partners who can successfully establish and grow the company’s business across assigned export markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and develop strategic partnerships with international importers, distributors, and co-branding partners across Nutifood’s multi-category portfolio.
Develop and execute sales strategies for assigned export markets and regions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and coordinate with factories to optimize production and inventory while minimizing business risks.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop market-specific materials and implement effective promotional activities.
Coordinate with the supply chain team on purchase orders, shipment bookings, customer requirements, and timely deliveries.
Manage customer relationships, follow up on business opportunities, and support contract negotiations and order execution.
Monitor market developments, competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
Achieve monthly sales targets and annual KPIs in line with Nutifood’s export business objectives.
Bachelor degree in Business related discipline
Prior working knowledge and experience in dairy, coffee and non-alcoholic beverages is a key requirement.
Minimum three years of experience in FMCG export sales, with an established network of international importers and distributors.
Candidates with experience exporting nutritional, dairy, or health-related products will be given preference.
Professional Knowledge of MS Office and good understanding of ERP/SAP.
Excellent communication in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to perform in intercultural contexts.
