Chuyên Viên Giải Quyết Bồi Thường

1. Handle claims procedures including loss investigation, claims settlement and negotiation.

Xử lý hồ sơ bồi thường bao gồm điều tra tổn thất, thương lượng & giải quyết bồi thường.

2. Verify scope of coverage of the policy wordings before making announcement to clients.

Kiểm tra phạm vi được bồi thường của đơn bảo hiểm trước khi thông báo cho khách hàng.

3. Review the reasonableness of the claims amount and make claims adjustment.

Xem xét tính hợp lý của số tiền bồi thường và điều chỉnh bồi thường.

4. Obtain information from different parties or sources to conduct claims recovery.

Khai thác thông tin từ nhiều bên hoặc nhiều nguồn khác nhau nhằm phục vụ công tác truy đòi bồi thường.

5. Set up claims files & folders, claims diary for monitoring the claims settlement process properly.

Lập và lưu trữ hồ sơ bồi thường, nhật ký bồi thường nhằm theo dõi và kiểm soát tiến trình xử lý từng yêu cầu bồi thường một cách đầy đủ;

6. Observe and analyze loss trends, compile analysis and assessment reports for project management purposes.

Giám sát và phân tích khuynh hướng tổn thất, thực hiện các báo cáo đánh giá cho mục đích quản trị dự án.

*QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree required. Candidates majoring in Insurance, Foreign Trade, International Business, or International Commercial LawYêu cầu công việc

• Experience: Marine/Cargo Claims Specialist at insurance companies; and/or previous working experience with a freight forwarder, shipping line, or logistics service provider is an advantage.

• Good at English. Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel essential)

• Detail oriented; Time & task management; Presentation; Negotiation skills.

- Working location: 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Cua Nam Ward, Hanoi

- Working time:

+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30

+ Work from home: 1 day/ week

- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignments.
