Chinese Interpreter (Chinese English Vietnamese)

As a Chinese Interpreter, you will support daily communication between the Plant Manager and cross-functional teams in a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities include:

• Interpret and translate accurately among Chinese, English, and Vietnamese during meetings, daily operations, and production activities.

• Translate documents such as Work Instructions (WI), reports, contracts, presentations, and technical documents.

• Support Manager in preparing reports, coordinating meetings, and arranging business visitors.

• Facilitate effective communication between local and overseas teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Prepare production-related reports and administrative documents.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling business and operational information.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Translation & Interpretation, or related majors.

• 2–3 years of experience in interpretation and translation. Fresh graduates with excellent language skills are welcome.

• Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
