• Bachelor’s degree in civil & industrial construction or related fields.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior technical roles.

• Good command of English.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Tekla, Revit, MS Project, and AI-integrated engineering software.

• Strong leadership, risk management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Good health and ability to handle complex technical challenges.
