Chief Architect

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Architect with strong design capabilities and proven experience in design management to join Leadvisors Capital Group in developing a portfolio of premium real estate projects.

In this role, you will represent the Project Owner (Developer) in leading, coordinating, and overseeing the entire design development process. You will work closely with local and international consultants, hotel operators, brand partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of design quality, investment efficiency, and project delivery.

Our project portfolio includes luxury hotels and resorts, Grade A office buildings, branded residences, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Management

• Lead and coordinate design consultants throughout all stages of the design development process.

• Guide and oversee design quality from concept development and master planning through detailed design and construction documentation.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary design consultants, including master planning, architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, signage, kitchen planning, and other specialist disciplines depending on project requirements.

• Review and evaluate design proposals by balancing design excellence, technical feasibility, investment costs, operational efficiency, and commercial value.

2. Project Development

• Participate in feasibility studies and the conceptual development of new real estate projects.

• Recommend design strategies that enhance customer experience, maximize investment returns, and increase long-term asset value.

• Collaborate with hotel operators, international consultants, and other key stakeholders to ensure designs comply with brand standards and operational requirements.

3. Project Execution

• Work closely with the Project Management Unit throughout the construction phase, particularly during the finishing stages.

• Coordinate design-related matters among consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure project quality and timely delivery.

• Review and evaluate material submissions, mock-ups, shop drawings, and design changes during construction.

4. In-house Design

• Prepare Concept and detailed designs for internal projects assigned by senior management.

• Produce concepts, presentation materials, renderings, approval packages, and other documentation supporting project development.

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates for Board of Directors.

• Participate in meetings with consultants, business partners, operators, and internal departments.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Head or Deputy Head of the Project Management Department.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture or a related discipline. Candidates educated at internationally recognized universities or with overseas study experience are preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, design management, or project management.

• Proven experience in the development of luxury hotels and resorts, Grade A office buildings, branded residences, or other premium real estate projects.

• Experience collaborating with international design consultants and hospitality operators.

• Strong understanding of the full project development lifecycle, from master planning and design through construction and project handover.

2. Technical Competencies

• Demonstrated ability to develop architectural designs from Concept Design through Construction Documentation.

• Proficient in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent.

• Capable of reviewing, evaluating, and providing technical feedback on design consultants' deliverables, construction drawings, and contractors' shop drawings.

• Sound knowledge of premium building materials, interior finishes, construction detailing, and design standards for high-end developments.

3. Skills & Attributes

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English.

• Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, accountable, collaborative, and proactive, with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
