Chief Accountant (US Factory, work in Bac Ninh)

• Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.

• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.

• Prepare and present accurate financial reports to management and stakeholders.

• Oversee the preparation of budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances and providing insights.

• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion.

• Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.

• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.

• Provide guidance and training to accounting staff as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Possession of Chief Accountant certification is required.
