Chief Accountant & General Accountant

You will be working as a chief accountant, HR/admin in our organization.
Handling of accountants for group companies: will be according to the Vietnamese laws.
You will be expected to be responsible, updated, independent and autonomous in terms of handling of the company account's jobs.
Be responsible for day-to-day accounts tally, updating of cashflow, petty cash, invoices, CIT, PIT, payrolls, social insurance, tax reports.
Preparation of report by 1st to 3rd of each month including cashflow, pending payments, receivables, salary statements, payroll, inventory reconciliation.
Administer tax matters including VAT refund.
Prepare reports to the director.
Assisting in daily tasks, HR/admin work and related jobs.
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting.
Strong understanding of Vietnamese accounting and tax regulations.
Ability to work independently, responsibly, and proactively.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Good time management and reporting skills.
