Tuyển dụng Chief Accountant cum HR tại Hồ Chí Minh

Finance, Accounting & Tax Compliance:

• Take full responsibility for finance, accounting, and tax functions of the company

• Manage full set of accounts: AP, AR, GL, bank, fixed assets, inventory

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing and financial reporting

• Prepare financial statements and report to management / regional team

• Monitor cash flow and manage company funding

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Review and control all payments, invoices, and accounting entries

• Ensure compliance with VAS and group reporting requirements

• Take ownership of all tax matters: VAT, CIT, PIT,WHT…

• Prepare and submit tax returns and statutory reports

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and external advisors

• Handle audits and resolve audit findings

• Ensure full compliance with local regulations

HR & Administration:

• Oversee HR and administrative functions of the company

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records

• Prepare labor contracts and ensure compliance with labor law

• Coordinate payroll, social insurance, and PIT for employees

• Manage office administration: supplies, vendors, contracts, and services

• Handle company licenses, legal documents, and corporate filings

• Liaise with external parties (banks, authorities, service providers, etc.)

Internal Control & Process Improvement:

• Establish and improve internal control systems

• Develop and optimize accounting, HR, and admin processes

• Ensure proper documentation and audit trail

• Identify risks and propose improvements to management

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Having experience in the agricultural products sector is an advantage, especially in procurement, processing, and export of agricultural commodities

• Chief Accountant Certificate – mandatory

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in FDI companies & Freight forwarding/logistics

• Strong knowledge of VAS , tax regulations

• Proven experience in handling full set of accounts independently

• Experience working with auditors, tax authorities, and HQ reporting

• Familiar with SAP/MISA is a strong advantage

• Good English communication

• Ability to manage multi-functions (Finance + HR + Admin)

• Strong ownership, responsibility, and problem-solving skills
