Chief Accountant

1. Cash Control & Tax Compliance

• Review and approve cash receipts, payments, and advance requests in compliance with company policies.

• Monitor and reconcile tax obligations (VAT, PIT, etc.).

• Support VAT refund documentation and processes.

2. Payroll & Cost Management

• Manage monthly payroll for foreign experts.

• Accurately record salary expenses, social insurance, health insurance, and trade union contributions.

• Calculate monthly and annual product costing.

3. Financial Reporting & Fund Planning

• Prepare monthly Financial Statements.

• Develop weekly and annual cash flow plans; report to the Board of Directors.

• Prepare financial documentation for bank loan applications.

4. Asset & System Management

• Monitor fixed assets, tools, equipment, and prepaid expenses.

• Coordinate with external auditors and accounting software provider (FAST) to ensure compliance and system efficiency.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.

• Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.

• Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting regulations.

• Experience working with tax authorities and banks.

• Strong management, organizational, and supervisory skills.

• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
