Chief Accountant

1. Accounting Operations & Compliance

• Oversee all accounting operations across multiple business entities and business units.

• Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing.

• Manage AP, AR, GL, inventory accounting, and financial records.

• Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

2. Internal Control & Process Development

• Build, review, and continuously improve accounting policies, SOPs, and internal control procedures.

• Strengthen accounting workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

• Identify operational risks and implement practical control measures.

• Standardize accounting processes across different business operations.

3. Team Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.

• Allocate responsibilities and monitor workload across team members.

• Review work quality and ensure timely completion of accounting activities.

• Foster accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the team.

4. Business Partnership & Management Support

• Partner with the CEO and department heads on financial and operational matters.

• Prepare management reports and provide practical financial insights to support business decisions.

• Work closely with HR, Sales, Logistics, Operations, and other departments to improve business processes.

• Support business growth through financial analysis and recommendations.

5. Systems & Accounting Transformation

• Improve accounting systems, ERP utilization, and reporting processes.

• Ensure the integrity and governance of accounting master data.

• Drive automation and system improvements to enhance productivity and reporting quality.

• Support digitalization initiatives within the Accounting function.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.

• Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Experience in leading accounting teams, improving processes, and strengthening internal controls.

• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.

INTERVIEW PROCESS:

● Round 1: Interview with HR.

● Round 2: Final interview with the General Director.
