Chief Accountant

- Lead and oversee all accounting and tax operations of the Company.

- Control and optimize cash flow, receivables, payables, inventory, and operating expenses.

-Manage distribution activities and reports, including trade discounts, sell-in/sell-out, as well as distributor receivables.

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (monthly and annually), and support management in annual budgeting.

- Establish and enforce strong internal controls and accounting policies.

- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and accounting standards, act as the key liaison with tax authorities, external auditors.

- Drive cost control initiatives and improve overall operational efficiency.

- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing accounting team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Male/Female, bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant major.

- At least 5 years in a Chief Accountant or senior accounting leadership role.

- Strong experience in FMCG distribution or high-volume trading company.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with SAP.

- Strong leadership with the ability to build, manage, and develop teams.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Chief Accountant certification is required.

- Able to communicate in English

Working Time & Location:

• Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, from Monday to Saturday

• Location: 609 Truong Dinh Building, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
