Tuyển dụng Chemical Engineer tại Đồng Nai

Job Purpose

Develop and optimize paint color formulations to meet customer requirements while ensuring product quality, production feasibility, cost competitiveness, and compliance with company standards

Key Responsibilities

1. Color Development

• Develop and match paint colors according to customer samples, RAL, Pantone, or other color standards.

• Improve existing formulations to enhance quality and reduce cost.

• Support Sales and Technical teams by preparing color samples and providing technical recommendations.

• Investigate color-related complaints and implement corrective actions.

2. Production Support

• Coordinate with Production during pilot trials and first production batches.

• Troubleshoot formulation and production issues.

• Ensure formulations can be manufactured efficiently and consistently.

3. Continuous Improvement

• Participate in cost reduction projects.

• Improve formulation efficiency and raw material utilization.

• Support digitalization and laboratory improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–3 years of experience in paint, coatings, adhesives, or chemical manufacturing is an advantage.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to communicate in English.
