Chartering Development Staff

• Develop and expand breakbulk/bulk vessel chartering business.
• Search for customers with cargo demand such as project cargo, steel, cement, fertilizer, agriculture products, and bulk cargo.
• Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, vessel operators, and international brokers.
• Analyze cargo requirements, vessel suitability, and operational feasibility.
• Monitor vessel positions and match suitable vessels with cargo demand.
• Negotiate freight terms and support Charter Party contract preparation.
• Analyze freight market trends and optimize pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support business development activities.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Maritime, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in chartering sales, shipping, or logistics operations.
• Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Having industry network and market awareness is preferred.
