Chartering Development Staff

Develop and expand breakbulk/bulk vessel chartering business.
Search for customers with cargo demand such as project cargo, steel, cement, fertilizer, agriculture products, and bulk cargo.
Build and maintain relationships with shipowners, vessel operators, and international brokers.
Analyze cargo requirements, vessel suitability, and operational feasibility.
Monitor vessel positions and match suitable vessels with cargo demand.
Negotiate freight terms and support Charter Party contract preparation.
Analyze freight market trends and optimize pricing strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and support business development activities.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Import-Export, Maritime, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 1–2 years of experience in chartering sales, shipping, or logistics operations.
Good command of English; Chinese is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Good knowledge of shipping, freight forwarding, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Having industry network and market awareness is preferred.
