Center Admin

Working location: 18A Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC.

Working schedule: Monday to Saturday.

What you'll do:

1. Contract & Procurement

- Manage end-to-end contract process for operational services (warehouse, vendors, OGP/OSP, etc.)

- Source and compare quotations to ensure competitive pricing

- Prepare cost proposals and follow internal approval workflows

- Coordinate contract signing and renewal

- Create and manage Purchase Orders (PO) for monthly and ad-hoc expenses

2. Cost Control & Tracking

- Monitor and track monthly operating expenses (utilities, logistics, warehouse costs, etc.)

- Upload and maintain cost data in internal systems (e.g., OCM)

- Track OGP/OSP volume and cost across multiple regions

- Consolidate and report monthly expenses

3. Reconciliation & payment:

- Perform monthly cost reconciliation OGP (GHTK, GHN, BV, BMT) and OPS (Lotus, NIC)

- Vendor invoice and related expenses

- Ensure accuracy between actual costs & invoices

- Coordinate with Finance to process payments on time

3. Reporting & admin support:

- Prepare monthly OT reports, incentives

- Support internal audits and documentation

- Handle ad-hoc admin tasks

Yêu cầu công việc

• Good oral and written communication skill in Vietnamese and English.

• English & Vietnamese translation skill required.

• Good computer literacy.

• Min 2 years relevant experience in similar capacity.

• University or College graduation; Finance/Accounting/Administration is preferred.

• Hard working, diligent, & Self motivated.

• Able to work under pressure.
