Category FMCG Executive

We’re looking for a Category FMCG Executive who is commercially minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful product assortments that drive both customer satisfaction and business growth.

What will you do?

• Support FMCG category planning and execution aligned with business direction
• Coordinate SKU listing, delisting and product assortment updates
• Assist in pricing, promotion planning and margin tracking
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences and competitor activities
• Work closely with Procurement on supplier coordination and product sourcing
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to support stock planning and promotional activities
• Partner with related teams
• Ensure category activities are organized, accurate and customer-focused

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, Pharmacy or related fields
• 2-4+ years of experience in category management, merchandising, buying, FMCG or retail
• Strong commercial mindset with good analytical and coordination skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Procurement, Supply Chain and related teams
• Good understanding of the Vietnam FMCG or retail market
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused and proactive in execution
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
