Capital Investment Am/Manager

We are seeking an experienced Capital Investment Manager to lead and manage capital investment activities for our manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for planning and executing investment projects, managing CAPEX budgets, coordinating investment approval processes, supporting investment licensing, and ensuring the effective implementation of investment plans in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the end-to-end capital investment process, including budgeting, investment approval, procurement coordination, warehouse receiving, and payment execution.
• Establish and improve capital investment management systems, processes, and internal controls.
• Coordinate corporate investment activities and investment registration procedures for the legal entity.
• Support and manage investment licensing and regulatory approval processes with relevant government authorities.
• Review and validate business plans and investment proposals to support investment decision-making.
• Monitor CAPEX budgets, investment schedules, and project implementation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Engineering, Production, and other cross-functional teams throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Prepare investment reports, monitor project status, and provide recommendations to management.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Investment, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in capital investment, project investment, investment planning, or investment management within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in investment licensing and corporate investment procedures for FDI projects.
• Familiarity with ERP and Office Automation (OA) systems.
• Knowledge of semiconductor back-end manufacturing equipment or other high-tech manufacturing equipment is preferred.
• Strong project management, budgeting, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of manufacturing investment processes and CAPEX management.
• Proficiency in English or Korean is preferred.
