Buyer Manager

Responsible for organizing, implementing, and managing purchasing activities to support the company’s production, business, and operations, ensuring cost optimization, quality, and on-time supply.

1. Plan and execute purchasing activities to ensure a stable and competitive supply that meets production and business requirements.

2. Manage purchasing activities with approved suppliers, including price negotiation, commercial terms, purchase order issuance, delivery follow-up, and resolution of procurement-related issues.

3. Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers and relevant authorities/organizations related to procurement and import activities (if applicable), ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

4. Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and supply conditions to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure supply continuity.

5. Manage and continuously improve procurement processes, working tools, and team capabilities to meet current operational needs and support future business growth.

6. Coordinate closely with the Sourcing team and other relevant departments to ensure purchasing activities support production schedules and business objectives, and participate in assigned projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the electronics, electrical components, plastics, or manufacturing industry, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.

2. Strong negotiation, analytical, supplier relationship management, and purchasing operation management skills.

3. Good leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

4. Ability to work independently, lead a team effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
