Business Finance Planning Manager FP&A (Newly Setup Factory)

Job Purpose

The Business Planning Manager is responsible for leading financial planning and business planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and establishing internal financial control processes to support the company's strategic objectives and sustainable growth.

• Develop and manage the company's annual financial plan, budget, and long-term business plan.

• Prepare revenue, cost, profit, and cash flow forecasts to support business decision-making.

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve internal financial control and cost management processes.

• Monitor financial performance against budget and identify risks, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to optimize business performance and profitability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop operational and financial plans aligned with business objectives.

• Prepare management reports, financial analysis, and presentations for senior management.

• Support strategic projects, investment analysis, and other business planning initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in Business Planning, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Planning, or Finance.

• Strong experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.

• Proven ability to establish and improve internal financial control processes.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Use English or Korean effectively for business communication.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an FDI manufacturing company is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

• Experience supporting new factory setup or business expansion projects is an advantage.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.
