• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both Vietnam and global markets across Enterprise and BFSI segments.
• Manage and grow Enterprise and business accounts, maintain long-term relationships and increase customer value.
• Develop sales plans and manage the sales pipeline to achieve business targets.
• Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Work with technical and internal teams to propose suitable IT solutions and prepare proposals/quotations.
• Lead the sales process from client approach to contract signing.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure customer needs and projects are handled smoothly.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Keep updated on IT market trends and customer needs.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development, which 2 years in management positions.
• Strong in B2B sales and developing new Enterprise client.
• Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and enterprise solutions.
• Some legal knowledge as it relates to business transactions.
• Team player, positive attitude and reliable.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
