Business Development Specialist

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B and B2C healthcare markets
- Build strategic partnerships with corporations, insurance companies, schools, pharmacies, clinics, and healthcare providers
- Drive revenue growth for clinic services, pharmacy sales, health screening packages, and wellness programs
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and KPIs
- Lead negotiations, partnership discussions, and contract management
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, and Medical teams to launch campaigns and partnership programs
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Represent GD Health at networking events, healthcare conferences, and business meetings
- Maintain strong long-term relationships with key partners and clients
 

Yêu cầu ứng viên

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields
- 2–5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Key Account Management
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, clinics, FMCG, insurance, or wellness industries is a strong advantage
- Strong B2B sales and partnership development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Good English communication skills
