Business Development Specialist

Support the Business Manager in identifying and visiting potential hotel partners, introducing and promoting the Company's smart hardware solutions.
Plan and coordinate hotel visits to collect required market information and business data.
Prepare and send promotional emails, arrange meetings, and deliver product presentations to prospective hotel partners.
Follow up on the partnership process, including contract negotiation, contract execution, and onboarding to ensure successful cooperation.
Coordinate with internal teams to activate new hotel partners and ensure a smooth implementation process.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports, summarize market feedback, and provide recommendations to improve business development performance.
Provide operational support to hotel partners after the cooperation has been established, ensuring service quality and partner satisfaction.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Business Manager.

Strong communication skills, hardworking and patient.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to try new things.
Vietnamese nationality, fluent in Vietnamese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) and good English communication skills.
Preferred:Experience in 4–5 star hotels.
Possession of a car driver’s license.
