Qualifications & Skills
• Educational Background:
o Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
o Knowledge of Spectroscopy, Chemometrics, or NIR technology preferred
• Professional Experience:
o 2–5 years of experience in milk/food/feed or analytical instrument industry
o Prior exposure to NIR (near Infra-red) or quality control instrumentation is a plus

o Strong understanding of milk/food/feed product matrices and quality parameters
