Business Development Manager - Packaging & Printing Machinery

Job Summary

As we expand into the Packaging & Printing industry, you will have the rare opportunity to help create and shape a new business from the very beginning. Together with the Board of Directors, you will play a key role in defining the market strategy, building long-term partnerships with customers and suppliers, and establishing a strong foundation for future growth.

More importantly, you will help build something that lasts. Beyond developing business opportunities, you will be entrusted with recruiting, developing, and leading a dedicated Sales & Service team that will drive the long-term success of the Packaging & Printing business in Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development

o Develop and execute annual business plans and sales strategies.

o Identify target industries, key customers, and market opportunities.

o Achieve agreed sales revenue and profitability targets.

Customer Management

o Build relationships with converters, packaging manufacturers, and key industry stakeholders.

o Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with customers.

Supplier Management

o Act as the key liaison between international suppliers and local customers.

o Identify opportunities to introduce new technologies and solutions.

Team Leadership

o Recruit, coach, and develop Sales and Service Team.

o Establish performance targets and monitor team effectiveness.

Market Intelligence

o Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

o Provide regular market feedback to Management and Principals

Yêu cầu công việc

o Bachelor's or College degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Printing Technology, Packaging Engineering, or related fields).

o Minimum 5 years of experience in the Packaging & Printing industry, including sales, business development, or commercial management responsibilities.

o Proven experience in Flexible Packaging, Labels, Folding Carton, or related sectors.

o Previous leadership experience in managing sales teams or business units is highly preferred.

o Strong understanding of packaging and printing machinery, production processes, and industry trends.

o Existing industry network within the Vietnamese packaging and printing market is a significant advantage.

o Good command of spoken and written English.

Monday to Friday

08:30 – 12:00 | 13:00 – 17:30
