We are a young agri-commodity agency involved in cross-border food trade across South-East Asia. We are a small team, doing real work and building the business from the ground up.

We are looking for a Business Development Lead with 3–5 years of B2B sales or client-facing experience; someone who understands what it takes to build relationships, create opportunities and close business.

You'll help build our commercial pipeline, find the right food product importers and distributors, start conversations, build relationships and grow the business.

We are looking for someone who can solve old problems in new ways, who is curious, asks questions and does not simply copy what everyone else is doing.

→ 3–5 years of B2B sales or client-facing experience in food, agri-commodities, logistics or real estate

→ A strong sense of ownership. You don't wait to be told what needs to be done

→ A value sales mindset. You feel excited about closing deals by offering value

→ Curious by nature and always asking why

→ Ability to think from first principles and find new ways to solve problems

→ Willingness to learn and apply new tools and technology

→ A native Vietnamese speaker who is proficient in written and spoken English

→ Based in HCMC or willing to relocate
