We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to take care of the sales and account management for Metasource’s service offering.

- Identifying business opportunities and targeted market sector to grow Metasource business.

- Hunting, establishing relationships, and winning new clients.

- Build and strengthen relationships with businesses/partnership.

- To develop and execute Marketing communications and organic, inbound Leads Generation for the purposes of sales.

- To collaborate with external marketing and web agencies to grow and improve our online presence.

- To meet with new clients and current clients to offer a broad range of services that fulfill their needs and improve their business performance.

- To support the development of the business in the broadest sense by offering new, creative ideas and making them happen.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Great communication skills in English

- Motivated to meet KPIs and incentives.

- Positive attitude, honest and straightforward

- Have at least 3 years experience in Sales in the business Services industry.

- Experience in EOR, Recruitment, HR, Payroll, Consulting, or Business Services is an advantage.

- Have some experience with project management, either as a leader or contributor.

- Be professional, punctual, good at working with people, and confident in presentation skills and leading projects.

- Be tech-savvy– good skills with Powerpoint, Excel, and other tools such as Canva, Trello, etc. CRM, ERP experience is a plus.
