As a Business Developer Wholesale at Decathlon, you will be responsible for turning market opportunities into long-term, profitable relationships by leading the full acquisition cycle—from prospecting to onboarding of new partners.

Through market insights, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination, the Business developer accelerates business expansion and builds scalable commercial foundations which drive sales growth for Decathlon Vietnam.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and Acquire New Customers:

• Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to detect high-potential segments

• Build a qualified pipeline of prospects and lead the end-to-end acquisition process

• Identify and engage with potential partners aligned with Decathlon’s brand and commercial strategy

• Present Decathlon’s wholesale product offering, and growth opportunities to prospective partners

• Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to build tailored launch plans and/or year communication to conquest the market

2. Build Sustainable Commercial Partnerships

• Lead onboarding of new partners

• Ensure smooth operational setup in collaboration with internal teams

• Define shared sales targets and drive category expansion within each account

• Create framework and negotiate commercial conditions, product ranges, and trading terms with newly onboarded accounts

• Ensure financial follow up in collaboration with finance department

• Maintain sustainable relationship with partners

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2 years experiences in Business Development or Account management

• Strong understanding of sports market and wholesale market

• Strong customers service skill

• Negotiation skill

• Functional management

• Self-motivation and driven by targets
