Business Analyst - IT (Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Nghiệp Vụ - CNTT)

1. Requirement gathering and analysis:

-      Communicate with partners to clarify requests and expectations

-      Gather details about the product’s journey/process/regulation and propose methods for product optimization.

-      Analyze data to identify the system’s current trends and weaknesses.

2. Requirement identification and management:

-       Classify and prioritize requirements based on the level of importance and impact.

-       Create requirement materials including functional and non-functional requirements.

-       Build BRDs, Testcase and involve in product implementation, testing, UAT.

-       Ensure requirements are monitored, updated and addressed by partners.

3. Partner coordination:

-      Work with end-user and related departments (UI/UX, developers, testers...) to ensure comprehension and consistency of product requirements.

-      Engage with the development team to execute product requirements and resolve technical impediments.

-      Collaborate with related partners such as the test team, project management team to ensure smooth project implementation.

-      Coordinate with departments to build and issue policies, regulations, product usage instructions

-      Coordinate the development of plans and materials and execute product’s training.

4. Other assignments from line management

-      University degree in IT, Telecommunications, Economics, Banking, or related majors.

-      Language: Good communication skills and the ability to read English documents.

-      Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and task management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).

-      Experience in Banking, Finance product management, digital banking, banking services, and credit/lending operations.

-      Preferred qualifications: Prioritized for candidates with experience in digital lending platforms, including detailed functionalities and execution (LOS, LMS, Credit Decisioning Engine, Debt Collection System, lending architecture), and data models.

-      Experience and knowledge of Corebanking and Banking Applications are advantages.

-      Project Management Professional (PMP) capability or certification is a plus.
