We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our Project Team at WebProvise. You will serve as a crucial bridge between our clients and our software development team, primarily in the United States Healthcare industry. You will work closely with our Digital Product Specialist and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Then you will also help translate them into clear and actionable specifications for our development team. The ideal candidate must be confident working with international clients & actively participate in product development and launch, provide critical support for production issues, and contribute to operational efficiency.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business users, external partners, and internal teams to gather needs, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment between requirements and final solutions.

- Impact & Change Analysis: Assess, document & prioritize new requests or changes. Evaluate the impact on systems, workflows, and project timelines to support informed decision-making.

- Requirements & Solution Design: Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications, including feature lists, use cases, and user stories. Work closely with designers and developers to shape and refine solution proposals.

- Quality Assurance & Validation: Support QA in validating outcomes against requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of requirements and decisions.

- Agile Project Support: Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Support the Project Manager in prioritizing features based on business value and impact.

- Process Improvement (BA Team Focus): Optimize BA team processes for requirement management, task allocation, and workload distribution. Implement best practices to improve efficiency, clarity, and collaboration within the BA team.

- Reporting & Performance Monitoring (BA Team Focus): Track BA team performance metrics, task completion, and efficiency. Identify areas for improvement, provide insights, and report progress to the Project Manager.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Business Analyst in software development projects

- Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening)

- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and development teams

- Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and analysis tools

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Openness to new technologies and approaches, with the ability to self-learn and apply new tools, including AI or other digital solutions.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong analytical mindset and the ability to think critically

Bonus points for

- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, etc.)

- Familiarity with software development tools and platforms (Jira, Confluence, GitLab, etc.)

- Experience with data modeling, database design, and API specification.

- Knowledge of software development languages and technologies
