Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data across reports and dashboards
Prepare and deliver periodic reports:
Monthly sales and gross profit analysis
Business performance reports for Management/BOD
Analysis by product category, region, and distributors
Inventory health and cash flow reports
Manage and analyze
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), especially for new and export products
Conduct profitability analysis by SKU and overall business performance
Standardize data and enhance reporting systems through automation
Analyze manufacturing costs and support CAPEX evaluation and supplier selection
Evaluate the effectiveness of promotion programs and recommend improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to control budgets, inventory, and return projects
Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required by management/CFO
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Minimum
3 years of experience in financial analysis or business analysis
Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, and cost accounting
Proficiency in
Excel, with experience in
SQL, Power BI,
Python or other data analytics tools
Knowledge of VAS, GL, and Trial Balance is a plus

Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work under pressure and drive improvements
