Business Analyst

·       Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements from the Project Manager and Product Owner.
·       Translate and structure requirements into well-defined business logic, process flows, conditions, exceptions, and constraints.
·       Develop, maintain, and update requirement documentation, including Business Requirements, Functional Specifications, Use Cases / System Flows, and Business Rules.
·       Ensure all requirements are clearly defined, internally consistent, and fully traceable to corresponding test cases.
·       Work cross-functionally with Development and QA teams to ensure a shared understanding and accurate implementation of requirements.
·       Perform impact analysis to evaluate the implications of requirement changes on scope, timeline, and quality.
Project Scope:
·       AI & Data Platform: AI pipeline, Edge AI, rule-based + AI
·
Digital Tranformation: HRM, CMR, Cost Tracking, v.v....
·       Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
·       At least 1-3 years of experience.
·       Good understanding of requirements vs. solutions and functional vs. non-functional requirements.
·       Logical, detail-oriented, and highly attentive to accuracy.
·       Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs.
·       English proficiency in reading and writing; speaking is a plus.
