Business Analyst

Research and coordinate with departments to design and develop documents describing the company's products;
Propose improvements to the company's technology products;
Create and manage document systems (such as system requirement specification, feature list, use case list, use case detail, general business rules, wireframe...);
Create mock-ups for products, act as a bridge between the development department and the operations department;
Able to support on testing of applications as a tester;
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics;
2 - 3 years of experience working as the same role;
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
Have a background in information technology and software development;
Have knowledge and skills in testing software products;
Have basic knowledge of data and data query;
