BIM Designer (MEP) - Woh Hup

1. BIM (MEP) Model Coordination & Management:Implement, update, and manage BIM models for MEP components of the project.
Coordinate with architectural, structural teams, and other stakeholders to ensure BIM models are consistent, accurate, and complete.
Use BIM software (Revit MEP) to create and update 3D models for MEP systems (when required).Ensure models are developed in accordance with design drawings, standards, and Singapore technical requirements.
Manage and update design changes and technical specifications throughout the project lifecycle2. Information & Progress Control:Collect and consolidate data from various sources to update the MEP BIM model.
Monitor progress to ensure drawings and MEP documents are completed on time and meet required standards.
Coordinate with MEP subcontractors, architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to synchronize models and avoid design clashes.
Attend meetings and information exchanges to address technical issues and ensure project progress and model quality.3. Clash Detection & Solution Proposal:Use BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, Dalux, BIM 360, etc.) to detect and analyze clashes between disciplines.

Preference for candidates with basic or advanced knowledge of Revit.
Graduated or awaiting graduation in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or MEP from local or international universities. Able to work independently as well as a team.
Passionate about BIM and the construction industry.
