Bartender Supervisor - Hồ Tràm Beach Boutique Resort & Spa

- Take orders, make drinks according to customer's requests
- Ensure all product quality
- Manage and ensure customer service processes
- Improve and expend menus and recipes to improve product quality
- Prepare raw materials, check inventory goods, import goods, and handle raw materials properly
- Professional training for employees
- Clean tools and ensure the work area is always clean and tidy
- Coordinate with other departments and restaurants for complete service.
- Check equipment, report mantenance to repaired when necessary
- Make daily reports according to regulations.
- Assume other duties as assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 1 year work experience as Bartender Supervisor or 2 years as Captain.
- English communication skills
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills
- Problem solving, ability to handle issues when crisis situation arise
- Honesty, agility, sense of responsibility and good discipline.
