- Actively seek out new business prospects and grow the client portfolio to achieve ambitious sales goals.
- Foster and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Work closely with our USA/ JAPAN or MIDDLE EAST counterparts to align with market demands and improve strategic planning.
- Compile sales data and support with various administrative and project-based tasks as needed.
- Other work assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience: must have at least 2 years, preferably within the outbound travel, event executive,… (experience in a outbound DMC or outbound travel agency is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in English, especially speaking skill.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach and the ability to effectively pitch and develop new business opportunities.
- Previous experience working in international or multicultural environments is highly valued.
- Professional and friendly manners in E-mail writing, phone calling, and in-person interactions.
- Competent in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Time-management, problem-solving skill
- Teamworking, positive & target-navigating mindset.
