- Fully study in tourism major or related field.
- Monitor the changes of resources, and regularly update to the sales team.
- Support sales activities, such as providing bidding materials (example: destination presentations), assisting in quotations, operations, complaint dealing, etc.
- Develop and implement improvements to products, service delivery and process efficiency and quality.
- Promote traveling program in Vietnam, observe the local market trend of going travel in target area, and provide insights to the management.
