B2B Marketing Specialist (Event + Content B2B)

1. Event Marketing & Strategic Partnerships (Core Responsibility)

• Develop and execute B2B marketing events, including seminars, webinars, workshops, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Identify, build, and maintain partnerships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, e-commerce platforms, logistics providers, and other relevant organizations.
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate event formats, topics, and partners based on business objectives, target audience, and market trends.
• Plan and coordinate event promotion to maximize attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Manage end-to-end event execution and evaluate campaign effectiveness.

2. Content Marketing (Core Responsibility)

• Develop and execute content marketing plans to support brand awareness and business growth.
• Create, edit, and localize marketing content for the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, case studies, and other marketing materials.
• Translate and adapt global marketing content into Vietnamese for local publication.
• Ensure content is aligned with the company's branding and business objectives.

3. Digital Marketing Support

• Manage and maintain website content and LinkedIn presence.
• Support email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor content and campaign performance and recommend improvements

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Good at English or Chinese
• Experience in B2B marketing
• At least 3 year experience in marketing position
• Good at local event planning with different local association partners and is interested in finding new marketing and promotion business
• Good at Content B2B (Linkedin, email marketing)
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and knowledge of content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
• Bonus: Experience with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
