Tuyển dụng Associate - Relationship Manager tại Hồ Chí Minh

- Understand customer's business, financial performance and industry dynamic, proactively identify risk and business opportunities, develop and execute strategic account plan to originate new business and achieve revenues target;

- Serve as the primary contact point and strategic advisor for a portfolio of high-value corporate clients;

- Collaborate with internal product partners to drive cross-selling opportunities;

- Structure credit facilities and prepare high-quality credit proposals and credit defense for internal approval;

- Ensure strict adherence to all internal risk management policies, compliance regulations and legal requirements and manage high debt quality for the entire portfolio;

- Lead the negotiation of terms and conditions, legal documentation and closing of transaction.

- Manage the deal execution process from origination to funding, coordinating with all relevant internal and external stakeholders;

- Other business tasks assigned by Department Head/Management following branch's vision and strategy.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Banking, Finance and/or Economics, with a minimum [03] years of experience in corporate relationship management or similar role within corporate banking;

- A proven track record of success in originating new business, managing a complex client portfolio, and achievement of performance target;

- Strong credit analysis, financial modelling and risk assessment skills;

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills in both Vietnamese and English;

- Dynamic, teamwork, creative, aggressive, responsible, hard-working and result oriented;

- Ability to work under high pressure.
